We want you to be obsessed with your blursh and palettes, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been swatched or the security seal broken.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you are sending back.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items and use the generated shipping label to drop off your parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
